all domestic orders are shipped via ups. orders are processed monday through fridays excluding holidays. orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 10:30am est will begin processing the next business day. please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. rochambeau holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.
